We can accommodate up to 350 guests for a seated event. Please note that events with our max capacity will have a tighter floor plan and not all areas will look the same setup as they are on the tour.
Yes! The venue is temperature controlled for hot summer events and heated for cold winter days! Although, we do not keep the systems on for all tours.
Yes! There is a temperature-controlled bridal suite with plenty of space for the bridal party to get ready with a barn wood vanity, a small kitchen area, and a lounging area with a private bathroom.

Yes, they must be approved by White Willow Farms, must remain on a leash at all times, and be responsible for cleaning up after them.

Single Day rental access times are 11AM-11PM. If having an extra day to decorate and cleanup is important to you, please consider our Full Weekend rental package.
No we do not. Please ask your officiant or DJ to provide those items. We do have outside power around the barn and can run electrical to the outdoor chapel.
If you elect the single day rental, our venue will likely be reserved by another couple the day before. For that reason, one day rentals should plan for an offsite rehearsal. You are also welcome to to bring anyone who would feel more comfortable understanding the venue (such as your DJ or minister, or any little ones in the wedding party) to one of our monthly open houses. We can offer a 1-hr rehearsal time slot a day prior IF IT IS AVAILABLE. We do not offer available rehearsal times until 30 days prior to the event date.
We do not. We think its possible for the job duties of a "day-of wedding coordinator" to mean something different to you than it does to us, and the last thing we want is the opportunity for miscommunication. We have great recommendations to add one on to your package at a special rate! They play a huge role in your day and making sure every thing goes as planned, events stay on time, vendor management, and so much more! Our goal as as the venue and is to do everything possible to help your day go smoothly and ensure your day is as stress-free as possible!
Yes, please choose one from our preferred list, found HERE. Initially we allowed all outside catering because a lot of venues don't and we didn't understand why! The truth is, after numerous weddings allowing any caterer under the sun to come through our door, we realized that not a workable business model if quality food and a quality experience is important to our couples and their guests. Some caterers were amazing, but some were clearly in it for the money and not the couple (like when we asked, do you help with XYZ and the caterer responded "they didn't pay for that." We've had issues with caterers showing up hours late and unprepared. We had caterers run out of food. We had caterers who routinely sent three 16 years olds to be the event staff. We had caterers who aren't as experienced with large events. We selected the caterers on our list because they are familiar with our venue, have shown to us that they can provide good food, and good service on your big day!
Unlike many venues, White Willow Farms has enough indoor space to allow for a ceremony space as a back up in case of rain. This means that in the case of inclement weather the venue doesn't have to be "flipped" from your ceremony to the reception. Reception tables are all available to be setup prior to the ceremony and need not be moved in case of rain. Guests sit cabaret style around their tables. This ensures a smooth transition into the reception and makes the decision to bring a ceremony inside (or not) much less stressful. Please refer to our floor plans under DETAILS>RESOURCES.
No. White Willow Farms provides an awesome venue, tables, upgraded wedding chairs, and several antique decor pieces. Please see our optional linen packages. Feel free to purchase your own or get them from another source.
